My sister posted on Facebook the other day that she was having one of THOSE mornings... when you put facewash in your hair, etc.
Today I'm having one of THOSE mornings, too.
I tried putting two pairs of underwear on today, one over the other.
I also dropped off Drew at school, interacting with several of his teachers and some of my colleagues all the while, only to realize in the car that I had a big smear of raspberry jam on my cheek.
It's probably a good thing that Drew is at school and Scout is at home; I don't think it would be good to put me in charge of other creatures today!

scout is slacking. isn't it HIS job to find all leftover crumbs and jelly smears?

ReplyDeleteI had one of those mornings this morning. I put body wash in my hair. Luckily I realized before I started lathering! Hopefully today goes better for you :)
ReplyDeleteYou used to be a difficult one to get to go down. I used to lay with you til you fell asleep then put you in your crib. That was only a last resort though. Good Luck, remember I'm not far down the road.
